DIG THAT TREASURE!

Will Hall founded this blog in August 2013. He is a writer and has a Masters in Ethnomusicology (Goldsmiths College, 2019).

Dig That Treasure! is a blog, radio show, netlabel and gig promotion project dedicated to giving coverage to forgotten and overlooked pop, folk and experimental music, with a focus on collectables, rarities, outsider music and DIY scenes from across the world. The blog's curation is inclusive and global in its approach, hoping to place disparate sounds and peoples on - literally - the same page.

Artists that have performed at Dig That Treasure! gigs include Laetitia Sadier, Julie Byrne, Krar Collective, Let's Eat Grandma, Kiran Leonard, Martha Skye Murphy, Stephen Steinbrink, Wharfwhit, Pink Shabab, Jane Weaver, Aldous RH, Ted Mair and Jerkcurb.

Dig That Treasure! has been featured on BBC Radio 6 Music, The Wire, Tiny Mix Tapes, Stereogum and The Quietus. More press.

Dig That Treasure remains a one man operation and is named after an album of the same title by Cryptacize.
